We host a maximum of 4 clients in an average small group training session.

Similar to 1-on-1 coaching, in small group training we tackle the 7 core areas while doing both cardio and strength exercises.

During a group workout, the trainer will have everyone doing the same exercise but at different levels. For example, if the main exercise is squats, your trainer will add body weights or dumbells to the exercise depending on your level. Our trainers have the ability to decide your workout according to your fitness levels and what you're capable of doing.
